Forever Dreamin is a fantastic entry level into catamaran ownership, whether you are looking at your first live aboard or a seasoned sailor simply want a fun, but capable sailing cat for the bay. Designed by Peter Snell and built by Garry Heymer in 2011, she has been kept to a professional standard throughout and presents in immaculate condition. At 11m with a beam of 5.4m and a draft of just 0.8m, she is an easy boat to handle, easy to sail and easy to explore shallow anchorages with. Power comes from twin Yamaha 9.9hp outboards, giving simple, low cost, low maintenance propulsion with a cruise speed of approximately 6 knots. Below deck, Forever Dreamin offers a two cabin layout with queen berths in both the port and starboard hulls, each finished with timber trim, two pack paint, and quality upholstery throughout. The main saloon is bright and open, with a large U shaped settee and dinette table, while the galley is well appointed with a Waeco fridge and freezer, two burner gas stove, and plenty of storage. Rigging has just been replaced and with a fully battened mainsail from Ulman Sails, twin furlers, and six Andersen winches, she is a genuinely fun and capable boat under sail, with two spinnakers on board for those who want to make the most of a good breeze. Solar panels, a Honda generator, and a solid AGM battery bank keep her comfortable and self sufficient at anchor. Forever Dreamin is a well cared for, easy to manage catamaran that suits everyone from first time cat owners to weekend sailors chasing a fun afternoon on the bay.
